Spring was raised in Jacksonville, and remained in Florida to study psychology and environmental science at the University of Florida. Afterwards, she continued pursuing her modeling career, which eventually introduced her to the world of hosting. It was during her first acting workshop that she learned her passion for acting. She began doing commercial work locally in Florida until moving to New York City to continue her training. After taking classes at various NYC studios, she attended a conservatory training program at Stella Adler Studio of Acting. She was recently in the final round of actors who performed and competed in the 2018 ABC Discovers showcase. She was also recently in a comedic pilot presentation and continues her work as a commercial actor.
