Here is a sweet Bio from Sia: Many know me as Mama Solaris, but I go by my name Sia (SEE-uh - like the singer). I am a mom of one from Charlotte, North Carolina, and an "entrepreneur - a mother's empowerment coach who uses spiritual modalities such as meditation, channeling, and other mindfulness practices to help mothers step into their soul's purpose and create a life they love.

After only 8 months of dating my son's father, I unexpectedly fell pregnant. My entire world flipped upside down as I found myself taking on this huge new role. For the first year of our son's life, we co-parented within our romantic relationship (We lived separately). But in January of this year, after coming to the realization that our relationship was toxic and co-dependent and not serving any of us, I put an end to it. Since then, we have been navigating the world of our relationship as strictly parents to our son.
