Today I have on Arielle Estoria who is Poet, Author, Light Speaker, Multidisciplinary Artist, Professional Feeler & Virtual Sunshine. We got into one topic in particular that I have been hearing about a lot and that is navigating being yourself in a public space. There's a difference between being professional and airing your dirty laundry. It's a really interesting water to navigate because we don't need to overshare so much about every fine detail of our lives. And it doesn't mean that you're not being authentic. It just means that you're choosing what it is that you're sharing. You don't have to be completely unfiltered, however, being open enough and secure enough to allow people to see different parts of your personality. Arielle has a way of explaining this topic incredibly well, so If you're interested in any of this kind of stuff or you're on this journey, you're going to absolutely love this episode with Ariella Estoria!
