You remain busy at work the whole day and do not have time to maintain a balanced diet but you still are eager to lose weight? 

Don’t target weight loss with an extreme “all or nothing” approach. This never works. Small steps are your best approach. Choose one thing each week you can work on. 

It can be… 

• Getting an extra hour of sleep

• Drinking an extra glass of water every day

• Intaking more protein OR 

•Practising meditation for 10 minutes everyday.

Small steps always allow you to build up to a bigger reward for self. 

I too started changing one thing at a time in my daily routines, my diets , my workouts, my network, my sleep pattern, to become a better version of self which I am on date, only to realise #itsallaboutlovingyourselffirst.
