Through the first 2 periods it was a close game, tied 2-2, with goals from Dylan Larkin and David Perron (in game 1,000 no less). But in the third period Dallas took control and had the Red Wings on their heels barely making into overtime. In overtime, after making a great defensive play, an exhausted Dylan Larkin made a huge lapse in judgement that resulted in a turnover, odd man rush, and a game winner for the Stars.
