For this week's main podcast review, I am joined by Lauren LaMagna, Josh Parham, Dan Bayer, Cody Dericks, Giovanni Lago & Daniel Howat. Today, we are reviewing the latest film from Denis Villeneuve, "Dune: Part Two," starring Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Dave Bautista, Christopher Walken, Léa Seydoux, Souheila Yacoub, Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling & Javier Bardem. Continuing after 2021's Oscar-winning "Dune" (or "Dune: Part One"), the second half of the story brings Frank Herbert's classic 1965 sci-fi novel to life in a way many thought we would never see. Shot on a grand scale, with massive production value, and shown on the largest screens in the world in IMAX, it has kicked off 2024 with a bang as the movie event of the year so far. Such an epic film deserves an epic review, and that's what we're here to give you in our SPOILER-FILLED conversation where we discuss Villeneuve's directing, adaptation of the source material, the performances, the craftsmanship, its awards season chances, and more. Thank you for listening, as always. We hope you enjoy it! Check out more on NextBestPicture.com Please subscribe on...
