The old school sci-fi nerds have frothed hard enough to have willed it into existence and it is finally here. The new, big-screen adaptation of Frank Herbert's seminal sci-fi classic, Dune, has made its way to Australia courtesy of acclaimed director, Denis Villeneuve, and a huge cast of stars, and the boys are donning their stillsuits to check it out.

 

One of them has a vision about the film being a pure cinematic achievement and one of the year's best? While the other is all pale and bulky and screams orders while kowtowing to his uncle?
