The company that provides energy to downtown St. Paul is cutting back on coal. District Energy stopped burning coal as part of its power generation portfolio on March 31, making the St. Paul utility the latest to leave coal behind on the road to reduced greenhouse gas emissions. Nina Axelson, a vice president with District Energy, joined Climate Cast to discuss.
