In today's episode, Kimmy speaks with Ai-jen Poo. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of the non-profit National Domestic Workers Alliance. The organization works to bring quality work, dignity, and fairness to the growing numbers of workers who care for our loved ones and clean in our homes, the majority of whom are immigrants and women of color. Ai-jen is brilliant, funny and gives Kimmy hope about ways to change the system for everyone.
