The Dodgers dropped two of three to the Cubs, scoring just six runs total the entire weekend. One reason for the struggling offense was the loss of Will Smith, who was placed on the concussion IL after missing the first two games of the series. The umpires were once again at it with the inability to call balls and strikes. Lastly, the bullpen (minus Andre Jackson) was one of the bright spots of the weekend.
