Mike opens the show by saying that customer service at Disney sucks. Torya talks about the rules that Disneyland has to make sure the guest experience is perfect. They then allude to the problem being with Disney+.

Mike tells the story of how they wound up with the Disney+/ESPN+/Hulu bundle.

Mike discusses how he handles sports and watching sports.

Mike tries to watch the NHL All-Star Game on ESPN+ and is told that his bundle had expired. He tries to fix it himself and they cannot process the payment. He contacts ESPN+ and the guy tries to give Mike someone else’s account. Mike eventually reaches Disney+ support who tries to explain their billing has changed. This has caused the bundle to be canceled. All this while they are advertising the bundle on their website.

Meanwhile, Torya solves the problem by reconnecting payment to their Hulu account!

The complication here is that your bundle is listed through the service you had when you subscribed, creating mass confusion.

They then go on to discuss the poor customer service they were given by Disney+.
