The Raiders vs Broncos game brought out the best in the Las Vegas Raiders locker room. The Raiders released the locker room celebration and it showed head coach Josh McDaniels delivering a great victory speech. It showed Josh Jacobs, Davante Adams, Max Crosby and others celebrating. But mostly, it showed the team not fully celebrating until quarterback Derek Carr was in there. Denver Broncos running back Melvin Gordon was released this week. Gordon's fumbling problems have to be a big reason why. The Melvin Gordon fumble on the goal line was all Maxx Crosby punching the ball out. Maxx Crosby played a huge role in ending the career of a Bronco. There are also other rumors that Melvin Gordon may have also been cut because he played the music of Russell Wilson's ex-fiancé in the locker room. The New York Jets have one of the best defenses in football and have a great team when the line gets healthy. Except Zach Wilson is holding the team back. Derek Carr's name was floated out as a possible target to be a good fit for that team. Its hard to find a comparable quarterback trade to assign value to Derek Carr. Matt Ryan, Carson Wentz, Matt Stafford, Russell Wilson and Deshaun Watson all involve multiple variables. The Windbags took a closer look at the depth of the Raiders organization.  @Haberman & Middlekauff  played a clip of John Middlekauf describing how he got fired as the Raiders post game radio host for tweeting about the raiders 0-10 start. The Raiders fired Middlekauf. Is this petty and a sign of how the Raiders do business or was Middlekauf in the wrong for bashing his employer?
