What happened to the services they need including medical help, PPE, transportation, health care? Disabilities cuts across race, ethnicity, religion, age.  Anybody can be disabled at any time. Javier became disabled at an early age and has been advocating for services for the disabled ever since.  But during this pandemic the voices of the disabled are not being heard.  He and his team are changing that.
