At least 128 people have died across six states after Helene. Officials fear that number could rise. Nearly 2 million customers still don’t have power and countless families have no idea if their loved ones survived the storm's rampage with cell phone outages in Western North Carolina and other hard-hit areas. Many survivors also in need of water and food.
