Despite the disclaimer that she prefers to keep certain parts of her life private, Logan showed up in Catt's bedroom, took off her shorts, and opened up in so many ways.

Of course, she talked about her role as Samantha White on Netflix's Dear White People - and the complicated racial dynamics of the show - but Logan also discussed how she handles these issues in her day-to-day life. She talks about moving to Los Angeles on her own when she was just a teenager in order to jumpstart her career, and grappling with her dad's death. Logan also walks us through what it was like to do a 30-hour meditation session to celebrate her 30th birthday.

Also in this episode, Catt shares about her own understanding of grief since losing her father to lung cancer.
