Dead Calm: Killing in the Med? finds the Greek coastguard caused the deaths of as many as 43 migrants in the Mediterranean over a period of three years — including nine asylum seekers who had reached Greek soil but were taken by the Greek coastguard back out to the sea and then thrown overboard.
