We speak with the producer of a damning exposé on the deadly crackdown on asylum seekers by Greek authorities. A new BBC investigation reveals evidence of the Greek coastguard abducting and abandoning asylum seekers in the Mediterranean Sea, where thousands have died, mostly from Africa and the Middle East, as they attempt to reach Europe.
