Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper offered insight on a new stadium for the organization including what it would take for there to be a new stadium.

ESPN's Bill Barnwell ranked all 32 NFL offseasons from best to worst and wasn't impressed with what the Panthers did. Is the addition of Sam Darnold the only reason for the national media to look down on what the Panthers did over the past few months?
