China is honing its cyberattack capabilities, according to Chris Krebs, the top cybersecurity official at the Department of Homeland Security during the Trump administration. Krebs is now an executive at cybersecurity firm SentinelOne. He spoke with WSJ reporter Rolfe Winkler at WSJ Tech Live about the threats he says are posed by China and also about possible cyber risks for the upcoming U.S. election.
