Theo Epstein is officially joining MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred's office, the international prospect signings brought the Cubs Dominican shortstop Cristian Hernandez, and the Cubs have reportedly signed a minor-league deal with Shelby Miller. Oh, and Kyle Schwarber players for the Washington Nationals - so it's been a weird few weeks for the Cubs.
