The Government is toughening its new version of the Three Strikes law in order to capture more offenders. The first strike is a warning, a second strike means no parole, and for a third strike, offenders will have to serve the maximum penalty without parole. Criminal defence lawyer, Marie Dyhrberg, spoke with Corin Dann.
