Linda speaks with Gillian Clifford, RNIB Policy and Campaigns Officer, on the help available for partially sighted people like Paddy, and how RNIB are working with the TV Licensing body, to make this an easier process. And the case of the eight year phone bill; one listener discovered a £1300 bill for a phone that hadn't been used for 8 years.
