The Los Angeles Angels didn't make the playoffs in 2023, but one thing that we'd discussed on the show this season was that they should aim for 90 wins, which would be enough to get a Wildcard spot. Turns out, teams like the Dodgers, Braves, and Orioles, who had a long layoff between the end of the season and the start of the playoffs seemed to struggle. So, what gives? Mike has a theory about this, and Jon has his own thoughts about it as well. We'll tell you how we feel about the playoff format and why 90 wins might be better than over 100 wins in segment 1!
