POLITICO’s Garrett Downs explains regenerative agriculture and its bipartisan appeal. Plus, the Treasury Department has unveiled labor guidance for companies seeking clean energy tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act.   Josh Siegel is an energy reporter for POLITICO.  Garrett Downs is a food and agriculture reporter for POLITICO.
