The Memphis Police Department has disbanded its SCORPION unit. The acronym stood for "Street Crimes Operation to Restore Peace in Our Neighborhoods," and the specialized unit of five officers was charged in the death of Tyre Nichols. Keith Taylor, an adjunct professor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, joins us. And, Tyre Nichols' death shocked the nation, but many weren't surprised as more information about police brutality came to light.
