Chef Kathy Gunst shares three soup recipes that make for a simple, easy dinner or lunch and can be served cold or, if you find the weather turns, are equally good served hot. And, as the fall semester begins at colleges across the country, the health care landscape has changed in many places since the spring, after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in late June.
