Have you known or lost anyone in your life due to cancer? The pain and suffering that cancer causes isn’t a quick recovery process - don’t forget to give yourself grace and take the time needed to recover through the grief and trauma.

In this episode, I am joined by the wonderful, inspiring, and resilient Julia Evans. Julia has battled and beat cancer not once, but twice, and is now the founder of the non-profit, Coloring Over Cancer. As a survivor of Lymphoma of the brain and breast cancer and losing both her mother and mother-in-law to cancer, Julia is on a mission to make strides in the global fight against cancer. Her work within Coloring Over Cancer educates, encourages, and empowers those battling cancer through information, resources, and promoting emotional support. Coloring Over Cancer uses the healing properties of art to inspire cancer fighters and survivors to empower themselves through creativity.
