A caller asks how much taxpayers should pay for 5G cellular service von commuter trains.  Also she asks for a way to deal with a large increase in junk mail on her iPhone from her Hotmail (Outlook Mail) account.  We help a listener turn off Windows Defender after installing another antivirus product.  Also he asks if he should turn on BitLocker drive encryption if he has confidential business information on his hard drive.  We do recommend this; but if BitLocker is activated, you must write down the encryption key and keep it in a safe place.  A caller suggests that the listener trying to transfer pictures from her iPhone use a cord specifically designed to transfer data.  A listener has problems trying to print pictures that were transferred from one computer to another. A caller wonders about the quality of soma telephone service.  We help a user with an Officejet printer that is not printing in the correct colors.  A user who is looking for a new laptop asks what specifications the computer should have.  We recommend an Intel i5 processor, 8th or 9th generation, with 8 GB RAM, and a solid state or "hybrid hard drive.  For security, we recommend configuring OpenDNS and Webroot Antivirus software.
