Jeremy and Josh are back again to discuss Colorado State's ruthless hire of bringing in Jay Norvell to be its next head coach. Norvell was previously Nevada's head coach and this is the first time in the Mountain West that a head coach has taken the same job within the league. Resources are a big reason why this move was made as Norvell was making $625,000 per which ranked near the very bottom of the Mountain West coaches. Colorado State pays a lot more and will give him over a million dollars per year. There is also the commitment to football that seemingly is higher up on the priority at Colorado State than Nevada.
