Ronnie contacted the show to tell us how an overpayment in tax credits has resulted in letters from debt collectors. We also hear about a TV licence email scam that has led to more than 5,000 complaints over the past three months. Action Fraud told the BBC the scam was "particularly nasty as it looks so convincing" and after what we thought had been a resolved case, Kenneth has contacted the show again to say BT have been in touch to say they are cutting him off... again.
