Chrono Trigger In this episode of 8Bit Avenue, a podcast about that nostalgic feeling you get when you revisit your beloved and coveted retro games: Matthew Palmer and Katie Talmo discuss Chrono Trigger that was originally released in 1995.  Matthew Palmer tells us all about this classic JRPG and why he loves it. Chrono Trigger takes place in a fictitious alternate timeline of Earth, and the characters have to travel through time to battle enemies, make friends, gain allies, gather equipment, and obtain magic for their quest.
