Chocolate Milk Mommies - a group based out of Birmingham, Alabama - is working to break those stigmas through education. On this episode Rauslyn Adams and Jennifer Miller - two of the group’s six founders - talk about their personal experiences with breastfeeding, give tips and discuss the work Chocolate Milk Mommies is doing to support women of color who breastfeed.
