In Crossfit and other types of fitness there is often a language associated with each style. Someone new to it is easily confused and sometimes it is a turnoff. Continuing our series on Crossfit nicknames and acronyms, we are now covering "Chipper" workouts. These are a type of workout where many things required of you (pull-ups, moving a sandbag, etc..) and you will need to chip away at it until finished. A chipper workout is usually done for time.
