In part one we discuss a better performance against City but a poor result featuring Chelsea’s hardy perennials – profligacy & sloppiness, but the shining light was a super performance from 18 year old Lewis Hall. Is there a case for more academy players get a game and with one more game before the World Cup kicks off we give an appraisal of Graham Potter. We also have a look at the Chelsea players going to the World Cup, including Conor Gallagher, who pleasingly got selected for thr England squad.
In part two, we look ahead to Saturday's match against Newcastle and Chidge reveals his team selection. We look at Chelsea's recent record at St James’ Park and Howe’s record v Chelsea. Saturday promises to be another very tough match with Newcastle riding high in third place and if Chelsea lose their fourth domestic match in a row, they might be in10th place by Monday; on the bright side, win it and we could be in 5th! With all that in mind, we discuss howwe see it going and wrap up with our predictions.
