Chatbots could become a force in reducing the number of people who believe in conspiracy theories, according to a new study out of the US. Study authors found a twenty percent drop in conspiracy theory beliefs after the chatbot had a chance to talk to people who held them. Research fellow at the University of Otago's Department of Public Health John Kerr spoke to Indrid Hipikis
