When Chris Jaeckle closed All'Onda and Uma Temakeria a few years ago he wasn't sure what he would do next. He started Kitchen Connect a consulting firm and has been working behind the scenes on numerous projects in NY and around the world. In March, HRN began producing all of our 35 weekly shows from our homes all around the country.
