In the last year, Barbara Cerda has helped countless children in Milwaukee gain access to age and culturally appropriate books. Under her alter-ego "Barby the Book Fairy," she has committed to stocking up Little Free Libraries on Milwaukee's South Side, growing from managing 5 to 27 stations in less than a year.
