The St. Louis Cardinals suffered an 18-3 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers last night, one of the uglier losses in recent memory. After a first inning run for St. Louis, it was all downhill. Jack Flaherty had one of the worst starts of his career, and the already-depleted bullpen couldn't stop the bleeding. Tempers flared in the 5th after Yadier Molina was called for catcher's interference and words were exchanged, but that was about the only interesting thing that happened last night. Lucas is concerned about the Cardinals' playoff hopes, but the Cardinals have the right man on the mound tonight in Adam Wainwright.
