Christy is one of the few women still photographers who has covered five consecutive administrations at The White House, photographing eight presidential inaugurations, the confirmation hearings of eight US Supreme Court Justices and two presidential impeachments. She has captured heroes,  celebrities and royalty, glamorous galas and the pomp of ceremony, the horrific events of 9/11, the fervor of political protests and social unrest, the madness of events at the January 6 Insurrection and the ebb & flow toll of political power. 

In her new book EYES THAT SPEAK: One Woman News Photographer’s Journey with History Makers, Christy offers readers an intimate view of the White House and its power players through her lens.  In this episode, she shares stories from Jan 6th to behind the scenes of each of the 5 presidents that she has covered.
