Are you at risk when you write something less-than-flattering about someone in your memoir? Well, sure. Anyone can sue anyone for anything and even if they don't have a case, you probably don't want to have to deal with the inconvenience of defending yourself. In this episode, I get into my experiences writing about people and not getting sued. PLEASE NOTE: I am not a lawyer, nor have I ever been. While this breaks down advice from attorneys, none of this can be considered a substitute for legal counsel.
