Mr Finucane was spoken to by police after being stopped in the centre of Belfast in June. He apologised yesterday. Mr Finucane confirmed he had accepted a community resolution notice for indecent behaviour. "I am of course very embarrassed and deeply sorry about this incident and I apologise unreservedly," he said. Speaking yesterday Sinn Fein vice-president Michelle O'Neill said the issue is now "done and dusted"
