The BYU Cougars have seen another quarterback prospect they were targeting commit elsewhere with Oklahoma prep star Grady Adamson opting to commit to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and it begs the question of if Aaron Roderick and the BYU football program have a problem in attracting enough quarterback talent that they need to elevate BYU in the Big 12 Conference.

Jake then shares some of his thoughts on John Calipari's expected move from the Kentucky Wildcats to Arkansas Razorbacks and what it could mean for BYU basketball head coach Mark Pope, who is a proud University of Kentucky alumnus along with the first official branch of Pope's coaching tree emerging with Kahil Fennell getting hired by UT Rio Grande Valley.

Finally, the show wrapped up with notes on the NCAA Transfer Portal for Brigham Young University (BYU), with Keanu Dawes lading with the Utah Utes while BYU men's basketball appear to be in on Stanford Cardinals transfer Andrej Stojaković and former Oklahoma Sooners guard Otega Oweh, among other transfer portal targets Mark Pope is recruiting.
