Jacksonville Jaguars EDGE Josh Allen is a good player. He's likely an even better teammate and man off the field. He's the kind of player you want to have on your football team. He's also a year away from being expected to garner huge dollars as a free agent. That's where I believe the Jaguars have to be smart and not pay a player for intangibles, but for actual production.
