Girrrl! I am so excited that you are here today & I hope you are buckled up ready to rock, because we are diving into the juicy topic of TRUST.

I’ve been thinking a lot about trust & environment. & not just the environment we have around us, but the PEOPLE that we surround ourselves with.

We talk about this a lot, because we know that we often become a direct reflection of the expectations of our peer group, so it’s important that we have good people around us. People that help us level up, share common interests, that get us & also that we trust, so today we are talking about how to actually build trust with people & how to develop the trust others have in you.

Can’t wait to hear what you think of this “marble jar friends” concept from Brene Brown & how it can SERVE you in your relationships!

Quotes:

“When you trust people you’re going to risk putting yourself out there to them. Because you know that whatever they say back to you it’s going to weigh importance on you.”

“When you think of ‘marble jar friends,’ or building trust in the way like putting marbles in a jar, how do you think that people earn marbles with you? And how do you believe that you earn marbles with other people?”

“If you and I want to embody integrity, the integrity that we want to see in the world, then we have to commit to not talking about people behind their back & doing the right thing even when it’s not convenient.”

“Keep trying to be the best you. It matters… You’re inspiring so many people with how you’re making your life a testimony of what type of person you can be & what type of life you can live.”
