When Ron Silver founded Bubby's it was Thanksgiving 1990, and he set up shop in an empty restaurant. The pies were a hit, and the rest is history. 30 years on they're still making the same pumpkin pie, serving their community, and adapting with a bread program using their 130 year old sourdough starter. Ron and Harry talk about Covid and other crises as well as Ron's artistic endeavors and the lasting power of a place like Bubby's. Let us all be thankful.
