The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will try to extend their two-game winning streak when they face the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon. Tampa Bay was in a rut last month, but it has bounced back with wins over the Rams and Seahawks. Cleveland has lost six of its last seven games, falling to Buffalo in a 31-23 final last week.

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET. Tampa Bay is favored by 3.5 points in the latest Browns vs. Buccaneers odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over/under is set at 42. Before entering any Buccaneers vs. Browns picks, you'll want to see the NFL predictions from the model at SportsLine.

Cleveland will be happy to return home after a tough two-game road trip against the Dolphins and Bills. The Browns picked up a 32-13 win against Cincinnati in their last home game, and they also beat Pittsburgh at home earlier this season. Tampa Bay has not been on the road since losing to Pittsburgh and Carolina last month.

Browns quarterback Jacoby Brissett has been solid of late, approaching career highs with 324 passing yards and three touchdowns last week. He has now thrown for five touchdowns and rushed for another while not throwing an interception in his last three games. Tampa Bay has been a team to avoid this year, covering the spread just once in its last eight games.

Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson has been in the news for all of the wrong reasons for well over a year. He remains suspended by the NFL for violating the league’s personal conduct policy but is set to play later this season for Cleveland. Here we answer the question as to when will Deshaun Watson return and be back on the field for the Browns. We will also go over how long his suspension is and cover the latest news on him and the Browns.

One of the major offseason storylines in the NFL centered around how long the suspension for Deshaun Watson would last. The NFL and the NFLPA reached a settlement back on August 18 for Watson to serve an 11-game suspension without pay. As for when will Deshaun Watson return and be back on the football field for the Browns, he is set to make his debut for the franchise on December 4. The Week 13 game will take place in Houston, the place Watson called home for five years, as the Browns will square off against the Texans. Here is the timetable for Watson’s return to the field with the stretch of games he is poised to play in, barring injury.

Week 13: Sunday, December 4 Browns vs. Texans

Week 14: Sunday, December 11 Browns vs. Bengals

Week 15: Sunday, December 18 Ravens vs. Browns

Week 16: Saturday, December 24 Saints vs. Browns

Week 17: Sunday, January 1 Browns vs. Commanders

Week 18: Sunday, January 8 Browns vs. Steelers

The Browns’ bye week comes in Week 9 of this season and is sandwiched between games against the Bengals and at the Dolphins. Jacoby Brissett has been the Browns’ starter under center in Watson’s absence. Watson returned to the Browns practice facilities on October 10 and can begin participating in team practices, fully, on November 14. Cleveland’s coaching staff worked in conjunction with Watson’s throwing coach, Quincy Avery, in late August and early September to create “an individualized plan, and throwing scripts, to keep Watson sharp while he’s away from the team,” according to SI.com’s Albert Breer. “Watson and Avery will conduct sessions to include field drills, film and board work four days per week,” Breer wrote on September 5.
