The Broncos improved to 6-9 on the season with a 27-17 win over the visiting Detroit Lions at Empower Field at Mile High.

Despite facing an early 10-0 deficit due to a special teams error, the Broncos locked in behind smart quarterback play from Drew Lock who played his best game as a pro to date. Lock went 25/33 passing for 192 yards and 1 TD and no interceptions. With Courtland Sutton facing double teams and bracket coverage, Lock connected with DaeSean Hamilton as his target of the day. Hamilton would haul in 6 receptions for 65 yards and a score.

The Broncos defense held the Lions to under 200 total yards of offense powered by 4 sacks and solid contribution across the board by the defensive unit.
