On a very special Brewing Conversations segment recorded live at Pontoon Brewing on November 21st, we take a deep dive into the origin story of our guest,  dubbed The Gentleman Smoker, Rasheed Philips! Starting with growing up in Jamaica and transitioning into American and Atlanta culture in his youth, his graphic designing history with Atlanta Magazine , and his photography work which includes shooting for popular R&B mogul Miguel. We also talk about how Rasheed got into cooking, and the hit Netflix cooking competition "The American Barbecue Showdown". We were also surprised with a special guest from the show, Pitmaster, Ashley Thompson who gives us the lowdown on what really happened on the show.
