Tuesday's game started as well as you could have wanted for the Brewers with a two-run homer from Rowdy Tellez. The Crew would hold that lead until the fifth inning when the wheels came off in back to back innings against the Cubs in an 8-3 defeat. Milwaukee starter Jason Alexander was saddled with his first big league loss working into the sixth inning and allowing seven runs.
It wasn't entirely on Alexander though, there were two errors by the Brewers and a couple of other miscues that led to runs including a 1st & 3rd double steal and failed double plays turned. But the biggest issue was the inconsistent offense yet again for the Crew.
Dom (@Dom_Cotroneo) takes a peek at the prospects that the Brewers could be sending in a quest for more offense. It's a great reminder that today is the anniversary of the Brewers acquiring Rowdy Tellez ... who will it be all about this year?
