We all have someone within our lives that have certainly have made an impact and shown us how to blaze forward on a path, but what defined the characteristics of that individual? Just as we have different ideas, the definition itself may vary as well. One that is probably one of the most prevalent could very well be the what the US Military uses to define their leaders: “Military leadership is the process of influencing others to accomplish the mission by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. The command is the authority a person in the military service lawfully exercises over subordinates by virtue of his rank and assignment or position.” This week on The Malliard Report Jim welcomes Brent N.
